These terms cover your use of the uyoo.com website and the uyoo waitlist while uyoo is in pre-launch. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
uyoo isn't generally available yet. Right now this site is informational and lets you join a waitlist. The product, and separate terms for it, will follow at launch.
The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not guarantee access, a specific timeline, pricing, or any particular features.
- We may invite waitlist members in batches, change the product before launch, or change our plans entirely.
- You agree the email you submit is yours and accurate, and that we may email you about early access and updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site — no attempting to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or interfere with it, and no using it unlawfully or to submit others' data without permission.
Our content
The uyoo name, logo, site design, copy, and graphics are owned by [法律主体 / 公司名] and protected by IP laws. We grant you no license to them beyond viewing the site. Product names referenced for comparison belong to their respective owners.
About the product (when it launches)
uyoo will help you analyze public TikTok content and produce your own. You remain responsible for what you post and for complying with TikTok's terms and applicable laws. uyoo does not post to or operate your social accounts on your behalf.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any forward-looking statements about the product are plans, not guarantees.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, uyoo and [法律主体] won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
