This policy explains what we collect when you visit uyoo.com or join our waitlist, and what we do — and don't — do with it. We keep it short because we keep our data practices simple.

What we collect

• Your email address — when you join the waitlist, so we can send your invite and product updates.
• Optional info you choose to share — e.g. your role or app type, if you tell us.
• Basic, privacy-respecting analytics — aggregate page visits and referrers. We do not build advertising profiles of you.
• Anything you send us directly — e.g. emails to hello@uyoo.com.

How we use it

• To send you your early-access invite and occasional updates about uyoo.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To respond to you when you contact us.

That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run uyoo — for example our email/waitlist provider [如 Resend / Loops] and our hosting provider [如 Vercel]. They process data on our behalf and are bound to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights & choices

• Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email we send.
• Access or delete your data — email hello@uyoo.com and we'll handle it, usually within 30 days.
• Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK/California), you may have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA.

Data retention

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it's no longer needed for the purpose you gave it.

Children

uyoo is a tool for app makers and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, let waitlist members know by email.
